Running Away with It

Running has never been my friend. I have loathed the idea of laps and cannot stand conditioning. I spent the majority of my youth running around and around soccer fields and high schools in order the be in shape for soccer, the game i loved. I put up with it for soccer, but only barely. It was the price I was forced to pay in order to play.

I would grudgingly admit that the more I ran and the better my conditioning, the better I played and the more fun the games were for me. Yet still I avoided it as much as I possibly could.

A Bit Short of Breath

Asthma Sucks

It's been a long while since I last had an asthma attack. I had almost forgotten what it feels like to lose your breath. How lack of oxygen effects everything you try to do. You act a little goofy and start to make mistakes. You find yourself skirting the edges of panic. You get frustrated to be surrounded by so much oxygen and unable to get it into your lungs. read more »
