Early Bird
Interesting article on changing your sleep habits to become a early bird:
As a lot of developers, I used to be a night owl. Coding/hacking/writing on personal projects during the night, then struggling to wake up every single morning.
I always had a strange sleep pattern, coding lately for 2 or 3 nights in a row, and then going to bed at 9pm on the fourth day, then again 3 days of late code and 9pm sleep.
I would wake up around 7am or 8am. When I say I would wake up, it was more Nathalie waking me up, pushing me out of bed every single morning.

I have almost the same pattern as described in this article. I stay up late not getting enough sleep and then it catches up to me around the 4th or 5th day and I fall asleep really early.
I think I am going to try this experiment. It will be similar to the one month without caffiene experiment.
I am not sure how it will work with later evening events, like Dungeons and Dragons night. I may find myself getting sleepier earlier on those nights. But if so, maybe I can take a nap before hand.
I will let you know how this works out for me.
