ElmoFromOK not a muppet

Having breakfast at the main restaraunt here at Rui Palace Mexico. This place is ok, but not as amazing as where Lizzi and I stayed on our honeymoon, Adventura Spa Palace. Lots of little things make up a lesser whole.

At Adventura Spa Palace, we felt like American royalty from the moment we checked in. I have yet to feel that here. In fact, it is the opposite. I feel the staff watching me and I feel resentment off of them. It is probably in my head but it definetely feels different to me.
Rui Palace is very europeon. The beach is topless, which was fun and suprising. Suprising, in that I did not have a permanent pup tent that I had to hide, which I always worried about when I imagined going to one as a horny awkward teen. In fact, it was suprisingly natural once I got over the initial OMGs!!!BOOBIES!!! moment. I admit that this was a hilariously fun giddy moment though.

There are numorous groups from Europe mainly from Germany judging by the words that float past us. Some Irish, British or others as well. I am pleasantly suprised to find wireless availabe free. It is only availabe in the lobby and then only inconsistently but that is still better than I expected. It allows me to share some of this with you. I enjoy that.
Today I think we will try use scuba breathers in the pool. If I feel ok with it, and my asthma doesn't freak out, then we are going to go dive the huge coral reef just off the coast here, which is one of my life goals.
